Tell us in a couple sentences about your personal and work background - and when and why you joined Globeius?
I was born in Cuba, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Havana. I immigrated to the US 30 years ago. I have been working at Globeius for 9 years, in the spare parts department.
What is your current position and responsibilities at Globeius?
My job at Globeius is the sale of spare parts for machinery and auxiliary equipment in the plastic industry.
What is your favorite part of your job - what do you like most about working at Globeius?
My favorite part of the job is the interaction with the customer, being able to serve them with their spare parts needs.
Can you provide an example of how you and Globeius have gone 'above and beyond' for a customer?
Improving delivery times, finding options for products that are not available are some examples to help the customer with their needs without interruptions in their production.
What do you like to do in your free time - hobbies, etc.?
In my free time I like to read, cook, and spend time with my family.
