Load the Contaminated Parts & Choose the Programmed Setting
Place the parts inside the oven. No disassembly or manual scraping is required. Filters can be cleaned as-is, even with heavy polymer build-up. Select the appropriate program for your material type and residue

Start the Vacuum Pyrolysis Cycle
The chamber is sealed, and air is removed to create a controlled vacuum environment. This prevents combustion and protects the metal substrate from oxidation.

Thermal Decomposition of Plastics
The oven is gradually heated to 350–500°C. In the absence of oxygen, the plastic residue undergoes pyrolysis—breaking down into harmless vapors and solid char without igniting.
